Mr. Kishore Dasari, Senior Director, Operations at Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services, is a seasoned operations leader with over three decades of experience in the surveillance and security domain. He currently serves as Senior Director and Board Member at Virtual Guard Services Pvt. Ltd. and has previously held key leadership roles at Pro-Vigil, Rockwell Industries Limited, and Starfish Integrated Services, where he successfully managed large, cross-functional teams. An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Mr. Dasari also serves as the President Designate of the IT Association of Andhra Pradesh, contributing actively to the growth of the regional technology ecosystem.

Prof. Ranjan K. Panda is a Professor of Philosophy in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT Bombay. His teaching and research span philosophy of education, knowledge sharing, and the philosophy of mind and language. He has taught a wide range of courses and published extensively in these areas. His recent edited volumes include Self-Knowledge and Moral Identity (Tulika, 2023) and Samkhya–Yoga Philosophy of Consciousness (Springer, 2025). In recognition of his excellence in teaching, Dr. Panda received the S. P. Sukhatme Award from IIT Bombay for both 2023 and 2024.

Mr. Hari Krishna Kassilinka, Senior Division Manager at Cyient Ltd., is an experienced leader with over 30 years of expertise in the telecom and engineering services sector. He has led large teams delivering complex technology solutions and has worked extensively across global locations including Belgium and Saudi Arabia. His professional contributions have been recognized through multiple excellence awards, reflecting his strong leadership and operational expertise.
