Radha Kolipaka is the Head of Human Resources and Public Relations at Education Redesign. She is also a senior HR and Operations professional with over 24 years of experience across corporate, education, and nonprofit sectors in India and the U.S. She has held leadership roles in EdTech firms such as U-Sky Pvt. Ltd. and Consolidated Education Technologies, where she led teams of over 100 and successfully executed government education projects across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Punjab. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Andhra University. Radha also serves as Director of CTRD, a nonprofit organization focused on bridging the digital and gender divide, having impacted more than 5000 schools and 50,000 students.

Santosh Srirangam is the Program Manager for Education Redesign. Previously, he is the Senior Manager at U-Sky Pvt. Ltd., Visakhapatnam, with over 18 years of corporate and 9 years of school-level experience. He has successfully led EdTech projects impacting 22,000+ schools across India. A 6th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and certified International Referee, he brings leadership in both education and sports. He holds an M.A. in Hindi from Andhra University and a Taekwondo degree from Kukkiwon University, South Korea. His partnerships include NCERT, EdCIL, TATA ClassEdge, Infosys Springboard, and multiple government bodies. He has been honored with National awards for excellence in Sports Education.

She has previously worked with U-Sky Private Limited, U-Sky Overseas Education (OPC) Private Limited, and the Centre for Training Research and Development (NGO), where she managed accounting systems, supported audits, and handled day-to-day financial operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University.
